To meet this objective we have built state of the art staging and warehouse facilities in Toronto. We manage the entire implementation process through our Enterprise system which provides reporting on all client inventories, roll out schedules and asset management reporting. This information can be accessed through a portal, which is also used to manage change requests and provide the client direct real time input into the implementation process. We provide in-house accredited Project Management, should your project require higher level management.
All of our services are tailored to meet client requirements. It is too often the case that client volume purchase rebates are eaten up by implementation and management fees. We offer a one stop solution which allows us to take advantage of economies of scale to provide compounded savings. All staging and implementation services are performed by Kalex in-house staff, rather than subcontracted out. This allows our clients a direct line of communication to the personnel working on their projects.
